Overview In this role you will lead projects for a family-run main contractor across Hertfordshire and North West London, delivering social housing refurbishments and external works. You’ll work with a dynamic team to manage client relationships, safety, and project documentation while driving on-site delivery. The opportunity offers growth as the company expands its client base and project scope. You will directly influence project outcomes, schedules, and quality across a range of refurbishment and new build tasks.
Pay / Benefits Responsibilities - Lead delivery of social housing projects including decent homes, kitchens and bathrooms, external works, roof renewals, voids and full refurbishments
- Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain thorough paperwork and record keeping
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Monitor progress, manage budgets and report on project status to stakeholders
- Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports and maintain project documentation
- Communicate effectively with site teams and clients to manage expectations and resolve issues
- Ensure timely procurement and coordination of resources to meet project milestones
- Promote continuous improvement and drive best practices in on-site execution
